To create a seamless omnichannel experience across its 14 brick and mortar stores, delivery, and online, StateHouse invested in overhauling its digital presence and began rolling out a truly omnichannel strategy. The digital centerpiece is the e-retailing experience.

PAPA & BARKLEY
A category leader and most respected cannabis-wellness brand in California. Instrumental in growing the brand’s performance in California with targeted segmentation and fully integrated 360 activation campaigns while creating and launching a National CBD line of 11 skus, from conception; package design, customer segmentation, geo-targeting, e-commerce website design, customer acquisition and retention programs. Successfully supported the raise of 11x top line revenue at end of 2019.
GEM + JANE
Created and launched Gem + Jane, from concept, naming, brand design, flavor development, to packaging production, content creation, co-manufacturer management and complete go-to-market implementation, for a brand of micro-dosed botanical-flavored sparkling beverages formulated with rare cannabinoids for women by an all women team. Ranked #13 on Headset within first 45 days and in 70 doors within 90 days. Gem + Jane was acquired by a publicly traded company, Vintage Wine Estates in Spring of 2022.

Relaunched Care by Design Ratios line with an education-first “More than Ever” integrated campaign with the most CBD rich formulation California, to overtake category leader Papa & Barkley on units and dollar sales in first six months.
LOUD + CLEAR
Embracing a fully vibrant cannabis lifestyle, this campaign launched during Pride month 2021. LOUD+CLEAR partnered with Equality California, the nation’s largest statewide LGBTQ civil rights organization, to support their fight for healthy, just, and fully lived LGBTQ equality. Through the LOUD+PROUD donation campaign, Loud+Clear, a brand of high-potency cannabis products, pledged $1 for every cartridge purchased during the month of June to Equality California, matched up to $20,000.
CANNACRAFT
We undertook a strategic initiative to develop a cohesive brand architecture that supported the entire portfolio of brands while bringing to the fore CannaCraft as a house of brands. We redesigned the entire corporate identity system and executed and award-winning budtender education program.
